I hope I get around to coloring this...
but story behind Hippo Boop. Me and My cousin were talking non stop about our hippo joke during our vacation... and we've been expanding on it like crazy to the point we actually made hippo characters. She has a hippo named Hippolina who wants to marry Chum Chum... and I made a rainbow colored alien hippo that wants to marry Rowley but I didn't know what to name her. So while walking in Universal Studios I saw a sign for Betty Boop... and then "Hippo Boop" immediately popped into my head and I thought of this retarded hippo dressed up as betty boop. I expanded the idea to the point I combined it with the retarded rainbow alien hippo I made up... so now heres Hippo Boop.
This is not meant to be an OC for anything... its just a joke OC... which most of my OCs are XDDD
